Sadly, Willi Weber, architect and Professor of Building Physics at the University of Geneva, longstanding PLEA associate and the organiser of PLEA 2006 International Conference in Geneva, died at his home in Geneva, in March 2026. Willi Weber was co-editor with Simos Yannas of book Lessons from Vernacular Architecture (2013).
